A high traffic site in East Carnegie, VIC had gone off-air due to an issue presented by new development works within the rooftop site. CPS Global has been assigned to bring up the site.

As soon as the job was assigned to CPS, our team understood the impact of the site and the requirements of the customer to get the site online.  CPS setup a “Fast Track Support Team” comprised of an RF Engineer, an SAED Manager, a Property SME and a Build PM to deliver the necessary outcome in the quickest possible timeframe.

The CPS team conducted the essential background work and coordinated with all stakeholders in order to reach to the approved EME mitigation plan. CPS kept a field team on stand-by to implement the work ASAP.

The CPS team was able to get the EME mitigation plan approved and implemented by our standby field team. The high traffic site was brought back on-air ahead of the deadline set by the customer.
