Site Relocation: positive outcome for all parties

In 2020, CPS Global was engaged by a major telco carrier to manage a site relocation of an existing monopole. This would allow the RMS to complete what they called “the missing link for a high standard Road between Sydney and Bomaderry”

The CPS Global team:

• arranged for the removal of the existing telecommunications site impeding the upgrade works,
• managed compensation for the client,
• completed SAED and the installation of a temporary monopole to maintain vital Highway and Railway coverage and’
• successfully completed the SAED and build of the permanent site on a private owner’s property.

The project was complicated by the many land resumptions, acquisitions and boundary realignments needed for the RMS project, but the CPS team did a fantastic job navigating survey plans, Owner, Client, Council and State requirements to deliver a quality outcome.

A tremendous demonstration of our ability to collaborate with a major State Department to deliver a positive outcome for all parties.
