Since founding CPS in 1992, Scott has overseen the strategic expansion and growth of the Company throughout Australia, Britain and Asia, enabling CPS to offer a wider and integrated suite of services to clients. An experienced business leader and Network Infrastructure Service specialist, Scott enjoys the challenges of converting complex infrastructure requirements into manageable and successful projects, and has always enjoyed working closely with clients, seeking to provide value whilst delivering optimum results.
Rhys Morgan
Rhys is a senior people leader with over 20 years’ experience in the Technology and Infrastructure sector. He is an accomplished Team Leader and excellent communicator throughout all levels of an organization. Rhys has a proven ability to understand the balance of commercial, cultural, contractual and operational aspects of the business whilst delivering outstanding performance for the customer and bottom line success.
Dean Caletti
Dean is an experienced manager with local and international experience in the telecommunications, power transmission and construction industries. He is adept at collaborating between multiple design, acquisition, manufacturing and implementation disciplines to ensure successful project planning, scheduling, quality cost control and delivery. Dean’s career has spanned across varied engineering sectors where he was able to deliver complex work programs founded on a structured process driven management.
Sarah Blackman
Sarah is a finance professional with over 15 years experience within commercial and business services. She has held the role of Head of Finance and Controllership in several multinational organisations. With her strong leadership qualities she is able to drive the financial aspects of business strategy, transitions, restructures and culture change. Sarah has knowledge in all facets of financial reporting and functions including business planning and reporting, statutory and taxation.
Chris Taylor
Chris has been in leadership roles within the telecommunication deployment industry for over 20 years. An expert in design and build issues, he has been responsible for design delivery on various national telecommunications projects and has specialised in strategic development, contract negotiation and tender preparation. Chris has been the directing force behind various telecommunications wireless roll outs as well as the NBN Fibre Project. His other projects include NBN (Passive and Wireless), Optus Fibre Design, NSW Police Network Design and Auditing, Telstra Next G Rollout and Airservices Australia Upgrade.
Daniel Mendizabal
Daniel has worked in the Telecommunications sector for over 17 years throughout the Caribbean, Pacific Islands and Australia. His experience with Operational, Project, Technical and Change Management gives him a strong background in leading the CPS Global team in Victoria and running multiple projects. He is an effective team builder, has a proven ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight time frames. Daniel has worked on major rollout projects for Vodafone, Challenge Cetelnet, Calatel Ltd, and Avanzit Ltd.
Sarah Smith
Sarah has over 20 years commercial and procurement experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. In her previous leadership position, she was Head of Procurement for TPG/Vodafone Hutchison Australia. She is a versatile senior procurement professional with strong commercial focus and experience across the globe. With her decisive management and leadership skills, she has led many high-performing teams.
Neel Beyers
Neel brings over 20 years of telco experience to CPS. He is a passionate team leader creating engaged teams committed to achieving targets and excelling in delivery. He has carried end to end responsibility for RAN and Transmission related project activities including site acquisition, site design, construction, installation and integration. Neel has vast experienced in managing programs of mobile/cellular network roll-out, renewal and data centre building/renewal projects and budgets.
David Williams
David brings a wealth of experience and perspectives on both the supplier and network operator sides with previous roles in both business development as well as program delivery. David has been involved in the introduction of new technologies, being a member of the team that introduced cellular to Australia, as well as working as part of the Nokia global team for the introduction of 3G and more recently with Optus for the deployment of 5G.
Michael Hobson
Michael has managed many ‘end to end’ site deployments throughout his career. He has also handled environmental planning and community consultation processes for the roll-out of several mobile telecommunications base stations within Australia. This includes desktop and site based investigation, compliance with the Telecommunications Act, writing Development Applications, liaising with clients, Council’s and community members and auditing the construction of mobile network infrastructure. Michael’s key projects include Vodafone’s Outer Metro Greenfield Project where he was responsible for the delivery of over 30 Greenfield Development.
Muni Duerincks
Muni is an HSE professional with over 15 years’ experience across a range of high-risk industries. Through his hands-on approach, he is able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and personnel at all levels. He has a proven ability to develop and drive complex safety and environmental procedures and initiatives in ever changing environments.
